Returns
In the unlikely event that an item does not meet your expectations, you can obtain a replacement or full refund, providing the product is returned unused, with any accessories and items provided free of charge within 30 days of purchase.
Goods that are received damaged must be reported to us within 24 hours. We will either exchange them or provide a full refund.
How to Return
- Please present the item you are returning in its original packaging, along with your order number at your local Trade Counter.
- A refund will be actioned or a replacement arranged.
- If you paid by debit or credit card please ensure you bring this with you for the refund.
Please note that goods correctly supplied may be liable to a restocking charge.
