• Saturday & Sunday delivery currently not available.
Same Day Delivery in major towns and cities across the UK
• Order before 12 noon weekdays only for delivery that day.
• Same day delivery options based on your delivery address will be shown on our product pages.
Delivery Restrictions
• Next Day Delivery options are not available to our 48 Hour Areas or Remote Areas.
• Applies to all products unless otherwise stated on the product page.
• We do not currently offer delivery to The Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, PO Box or BFPO Addresses.

FAQs
Can I order my delivery to go to site or another address?
Yes. There is an opportunity for you to enter the delivery address details during Checkout. Or, if you are registered with Rexel, you can add in additional addresses in 'My Account'.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to cancel your order please contact your branch. You may also call 0330 0450 606 (mobile friendly).

What happens if I am out when the delivery driver comes?
All orders will require a signature on delivery. If you have supplied your mobile number the driver will try and contact you. However, if no one is available to sign for the delivery and we are unable to contact you, your local branch will contact you to rearrange delivery.
I am ordering from Northern Ireland, how long can I expect to wait for delivery?
A full next day service is available for Northern Ireland. Same day delivery is available in Belfast.
